N Fold Paper Towel Folding Machine with lamination and embossing is used to make V Fold Hand Towel with embossing and cutting off
the towel paper .The folding of product is “C” type folding .This
kind of towel paper is used widely in hotel, office and kitchen
etc, that is convenient and sanitation. We adopt original creation
full vacuum absorption technology, the adaptability of raw material
is so strong .The folding, cutting ,counting etc several processes
are going together.

Function and Features
1. Jumbo roll stands: 2 ,with pneumatic type wide belt to convey
paper,each jumbo roll has independent
tension adjustor and left-right adjusting device.
2. Pneumatic lifting jumbo roll to reduce the labor strength.
3. Auto stop when paper breaks to decrease the waste of paper
4. Can fold different width of finished products : flexible vertical
cutting device can adjust the cutting width
between 100-210mm freely.
5. Can equip with embossing unit and edge embossing unit.
6. Roots vacuum bump absorbing system with strong suction,negative
pressure is stable.
1.1 Raw tissue paper:
- Parent rolls size: Ø1200mm*1250mm (diameter*width);
- Tissue character: 35-45gsm, single ply wet strengthen wood pulp
paper, good air permeability
