Full Automatic Toilet Roll Embossing Point to Point Lamination
Machine
is to perforate and cut the raw paper into various sizes according
to the requested. The finished product is neat, in good order and
with equality tension. It has the feature of compact structure,
easy and stable operation, less electricity consumption. This
equipment is adjustable to meet the requested finished product.
This model is the ideal equipment for paper making factory and
paper processing factory.
This machine is consist of stand of raw material, paper conveying
unit, embossing unit, perforating unit, rolling unit, electricity
control and cutting system
Equipment Function & Character:
1. Unwinding of jumbo roll paper is pushed and fed by flat belt and
its feeding speed and tension
controlled by a stepless speed regulator.
2. The component are driven through synchronous belt, the
perforating distance and rolling tension
are adjustable.
3. Machine bracket and perforated knife roller are high in
rigidity, with good anti-seismic and stable,
brisk operation.
4. Bearing, electric components and synchronous belt are Chinese
famous brands.
* One set of embossing roller and one set of glue applying unit can
be added additionally as per cliet’s requirement, it can produce
kitchen towel. 1-3 color printing device (soft plate printing ) can
be added additionally by client’s requirement, it can produce
toilet paper or kitchen towel with printed pattern.
