Machine converts the jumbo roll into small toilet tissue. It has been
integrated with the internationally advanced PLC technology. It has
variable speed adjustment and touch human-machine interface operating system. It adopts newly designed glue applicator unit which makes the
gluing more uniform. It can add 1-3 colors’ water ink printing
system for printing diversified fine pattern, brand which is with
characters of clear and bright printing, exact overprint, high
speed and stable running.

Feature
1. The maximum width of raw material can be 180cm.
2. The maximum diameter of raw material can be 100cm.
3. Including a band-saw cutting machine.
4. Including an air-compressor.
5. Automatic counting pieces of the roll paper. You can set
whatever number you want.
6. Automatic embossing device. We can make it as clients design.
7. Automatic perforating function. Check the above pictures. We
will confirm the distance between two perforation lines as your
request.
8. The tail of the roll paper can be sticked half-automatically.
There is a narrow trough at the end of the machine; you can add
some water in it to stick the tail of the roll paper.
